EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty excludes damage by physical abuse, modification, alteration, lack of proper care, misuse, or use for commercial purpose.
Damages from natural calamity (flood, tornado, earthquake, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
All glass components are not covered by this warranty.

Wood – Wood slats are selected for the highest quality and durability; however, wood is a product of nature which can, in time, weather to a silver gray color, warp, split, and crack, and as such, is not covered by this warranty except for initial defects. Over-tightening of bolts in wood slats will cause cracking which is not warranted. Periodic application of wood preservative or water sealer is recommended to prolong the life of wood slats and to prevent weathering. Constant exposure to sunlight and outdoor elements will cause rapid deterioration of any wood finish; therefore, more frequent application of wood preservative may be necessary depending on your locale and exposure to various climatic conditions.

Cast Iron – All metal surfaces are protected with a powder-coating process to prevent rust. Rusting is a normal occurrence when iron is exposed to the elements and is not part of this warranty. The powder coated cast iron frame and back insert can be treated with a good quality car wax to enhance and protect the finish. Should the powder coat finish be scratched down to the metal surface, it is necessary to cover the scratched area with an enamel paint as soon as possible to prevent rust.
Verdigris, antique, and other accented topcoats are applied by hand and may fade with age and exposure to sunlight. Re-topcoating of accents can be done by your local craftsmen, if you desire.

Brass Fasteners – * For products with brass fasteners. Nuts and bolts provided will tarnish after time which may be left weathered or may be shined with a brass polish. We suggest you periodically check and tighten fasteners if necessary.

Aluminum – Aluminum is a soft metal. For those products designated as Aluminum, please take care when tightening nuts and bolts. Excessive pressure can damage or strip the soft metal.

Innova will not pay for shipping, labor, or material charge incurred to remove or replace parts under this warranty. Replacement of missing or initially defective parts will be sent at no charge for a period of 10 days from date of purchase. We will not be responsible for missing parts and hardware after 10 days from date of purchase. Any floor sample sale or clearance sale from the store will not be covered by this warranty. Please retain your store receipt for validity.
