is covered under the warranty?
Please refer to the warranty sheet that comes
with your product or go to the warranty and care section
of this website.
What
is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty excludes damage by physical
abuse, modification, alteration, lack of proper care, misuse,
or use for commercial purpose. Damages from natural calamity
(flood, tornado, earthquake, etc.) are not covered by this
warranty. All glass components are not covered by this warranty.

What
if I have a part or hardware missing in my product?
Within 10 days from the purchase date, please
contact our customer service immediately at and we will
send you the missing piece right away. Please be sure to
have the following information before contacting us:
• Your name/address/phone number
• When and where you purchased your item(s)
• The name/model number/description
• The specific problem you are having
• A copy of your receipt
